Our property-buying process is simple
As we are constantly seeking and sourcing investment properties, firstly complete the contact form opposite and provide us with your basic requirements. You will then receive a personal communication from us at Equity Track Ltd. in order to ascertain your ideal property investment strategy. Also click on Available Properties to check if there are currently any properties available that suit your needs.
Once you decide to invest in a property, you will need to complete our Property Reservation Form (PRF) and pay a reservation fee to our solicitor, who holds this as stakeholder. You will have a cooling off period of 5 working days from the time of signing the PRF during which you have the right to cancel and receive a refund of your reservation fee. You must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted to, left at, faxed or emailed to our business address and you must ensure this is received no later than 5 working days after your date of signing. As we deal only with serious investors, cancellations of property purchases are very rare indeed.
